Beautifull house that feels brand new and welldecorated -- very nice interior design. Lots of high tech feature like Sonos. The outdoor area is huge and very private. We stayed for a long time and it really felt like home, and also worked really well for working remotely (fast internet and one bedroom that functioned well as an office).

I wish we could give more stars! Can't think of a better place for a long getaway. You rarely ever need to leave! The back yard is even better than the photos and Alex is so responsive and goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The peacocks that roam the neighborhood also made our stay every entertaining. We miss it already and can't wait to come back!

Too much to type, so I'll keep it short and sweet the pictures come close, but don't quite capture how awesome the hose is, especially the outside and pool area. Alex is an AMAZING host, really goes above and beyond what we expected and couldn't have asked for a better host. if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Ft. Lauderdale, Alex is who you want to stay with!

The tree house is one of the best kept secrets of the fort Lauderdale Wilton manors area, feature a very private oasis type house with your own gated fence, the house is a smart home so has the latest gadgets and appliances, very good place for the price, you will be very lucky if you are able to stay here. Enjoy.

This house is fantastic! My husband and I stayed here for a full month and it was perfect. Clean, spacious, and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Great location with an easy walk to Wilton Drive. Alex is a great host and was always. quick to respond when we had questions. The backyard and pool are completely private and with new furniture and landscaping (not pictured at the time I'm writing this) it was the perfect oasis for our remote staycation/ vacation!

To quickly sum it up Alex's Place was perfect! Literally everything you need at your fingertips. The wonderful fruit tray upon arrival for myself and guests is one example of how Alex as a host was very hospitable. He even dropped by to be sure everything was perfect. Stay here! You will not regret it, just don't get stuck in the beautiful bacyard your entire vacation ;-) Thanks Alex!

Alex is place is way better than expected !! Ww enjoyed our week in Florida while staying in his house and we could't have asked for a better place to stay ! You'll have this completely private to yourself with a fully fenced in property ! if you are planning to stay in this area HIGHLY recommend staying here !!

I was speechless with the house, I recommend 100% !! Lovely backyard for a grill out and relaxing time by pool .. you will love this place! Speakers hook up for entire house great location , 20 min from las olas beach ! 10 min from hard rock stadium Definitely coming back here! I loved it.

In the real estate market, a common phrase that is often heard is "LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION". This residence certainly has that. It is within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The house was well equipped with everything needed. What really sets this home apart is what is waiting in the backyard. A peaceful, relaxing oasis awaits complete with heated pool and hot tub along a beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend that this be considered at the top of your list if you are thinking about a runaway to Wilton Manors.

The place was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and very quiet and relaxing with lots of tech like indoor and outdoor speakers. Alex was extremely helpful and quick to respond at all time. I'll be back for sure thanks again for everything.

We had to come down to Florida for work and were a bit nervous about finding a place to stay during the pandemic- this house was perfect it was clean, modern and most importantly the backyard was a private oasis. Also, Alex was very responsive and very helpful! 5/5 would look to stay here again.

Alex's place is amazing! My girlfriend I am booked this after looking at about a million places. We are very happy with our decision. Alex was a really responsive house making sure that we needed during our stay. The house itself was better than expected. There were two bedrooms, and a kitchen with an island ready for you to cook your heart out. The living room space and couch was larger than expected. It was especially nice having the office since this was a workplay situation. I can't emphasize enough how nice it was to have the backyard. It felt completely secluded and they added in a very nice table that you can eat dinner at, do you work on a laptop or even just sit around and chat the day away - Many hours were spent in Alex's beautiful backyard. They also added in a brand new grill! My girlfriends biggest thing booking an Airbnb was safety of the neighborhood. She grew up in the area I know it can be hit or miss. This house is situated on a very nice safe and secluded road. There was also a park around the corner that we went on a few walks/ workouts in. I wouldn't think anymore about it! Do it!

Alex is a terrific host. He has thought of everything and included it in a guide book describing the property. He also was thoughtful enough to include recommendations for the best the area has to offer. The property itself is marvelous. The home has a very well equipped kitchen, new appliances, a comfortable living room with a modern home entertainment system, including a large flatscreen TV enabled with streaming video capabilities. the property is also equipped with technology to allow you to listen to streaming music inside & outside. the furniture, beds & artwork were also thoughtfully chosen. All that said, the outdoor areas contained our favorite features, starting with the fabulous covered outdoor living room decorated in East Asian decor. The outdoor pario & yard have many different areas to dine, lounge, take the sun and barbecue...and of course, the pool was a welcomed treat. This property has everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal or just relax. All in all, we had a great time here and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a distinctive property in this part of Florida.

I don't know where to begin, but Alex's place is epitome of what all Airbnb's should be from the comfortable bed, to the fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans to the living room, to the communication. Communication is key when running a business through Airbnb's. The weather was not great due to a lot of rain, but I was able to enjoy the backyard and pool only one day. There are lots of restaurants in the area I did take one of Alex's suggestion for food places to eat - Sapido's Italian eatery was a small restaurant and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay at Alex's place again.

Staying at this place was a great decision. The home was perfect, clean and stylish. The outdoor space was beyond amazing and we could not have asked for a better set-up. Will definitely stay with this home and owner in the future. I highly recommend that you do too!

We loved our stay at Alex's home! The space is clean, modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the backyard - It's perfect for lounging, eating, and just enjoying the sunshine. Alex was very quick to respond to our questions and made sure we enjoyed our stay. If in town again, we'd definitely return to stay here again!
