1. You bring the guest who is looking to rent a property. We really enjoy working directly with your customers, and we'd be happy to offer you 10% of the rental. They'll be delighted, and so will you.
2. You bring the client who has a property for us to manage as an Airbnb. We believe you may find this as the more interesting option. In this model we manage your client's property as a vacation rental, and make them double (or more) what they'd normally make on a yearly rental.
